Ambassador of Pakistan to Nepal, H.E. Mohammad Aamir Khan, on Wednesday signed the Condolence Book at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, expressing deep condolences over the tragic loss of lives and extensive damage caused by the Bhote Koshi River floods.

While signing the Condolence Book, Ambassador Khan conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the families who lost their loved ones in the disaster. He also expressed sorrow over the destruction of infrastructure and the disruption caused by the floods.

The Pakistani Ambassador reaffirmed Pakistan’s solidarity with the people and Government of Nepal during this difficult time of grief and sorrow.

The Bhote Koshi River floods have caused significant devastation in affected areas, with loss of lives and damage to roads, bridges and other public infrastructure. The disaster has also disrupted transportation and normal activities in several areas.
Ambassador Khan’s expression of condolences reflects Pakistan’s continued solidarity with Nepal during times of natural disasters and humanitarian crises. Pakistan has previously expressed support and sympathy for Nepal following major natural disasters, reaffirming the close and friendly relations between the two countries.
